Are you a technically minded engineer, or simply someone with a passion for boats and the nuts and bolts that bring them to life? In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed technical offers and quotations in response to customer inquiries, helping to develop a robust sales pipeline focused on exceptional customer satisfaction. You’ll monitor and manage customer queries to ensure timely, efficient responses, while actively engaging with clients to address their needs and guide them to the best solutions. Collaboration skills are key, as you’ll work closely with all areas of the company, fostering strong relationships and maintaining daily communication with the manufacturing team to ensure sales operations run smoothly. My client is on the lookout for a true people person—someone with the drive, tenacity, and enthusiasm to make a meaningful impact on the success of the business.   • Experienced engineer working with mechanical or electrical components Or genuinely passionate about the engineering boating industry
  • Ideal sales or client facing experience is advantageous
  • Driving license, some exhibition and travel required occasionally and opportunities to travel overseas.
