Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Newton Aycliffe
Shifts: 3 Shift Pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)
Contract: 12 months (initially) with high potential for extension
17.67 PH (INCL SHIFT ALLOWANCE)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Operator to join our fast-paced production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, completing orders, and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high product quality in a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
- Complete orders and meet production targets
- Ensure product quality standards are consistently met
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals
- Follow safety protocols and work instructions
- Perform general production line and assembly tasks
- Be adaptable to learn new tasks and take direction
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a production line or assembly role is desirable
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Safety-conscious mindset with a focus on maintaining high standards
- Experience with shift work and flexibility to cover shifts, including overtime when available
Additional Requirements:
- Full training will be provided
- Must be flexible, reliable, and committed to working shifts
