We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our client’s team in Newton Aycliffe.

As the successful candidate, you will have a passion for sales, building strong relationships, and delivering great customer service, along with excellent communication and relationship building skills.

You duties will include:

  • Work with the team to help meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, ensuring repeat business and gathering feedback
  • Use the company’s CRM system and marketing software to follow up on campaigns and convert interest into sales
  • Meet KPIs by making regular customer contact and converting leads into bookings
  • Use social media to engage with employers and generate sales, following company guidelines.
  • Researching and profiling companies
  • Following up on email and mailshot campaigns
  • Making follow-up calls after courses
  • Keep customer information accurate and up to date in the system
  • Participate in role-play and objection handling sessions to refine sales techniques
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences, representing the company
  • Help with sales reports and general admin tasks to meet targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and marketing software (experience with Click D is a plus)
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service is ideal
  • A team player who is happy to support others and share in the team’s success
  • Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and hit targets in a busy environment
