The Business:Our client is a high-volume manufacturing business based in the North East of England.  We are seeking a experienced Ecommerce Manager/Senior Exec to cover a maternity period of between 12-18 months.The role can be hybrid or remote with occasional travel to the North East of England.The Role:Responsible for the commercial performance of the DTC & Marketplace in the UK.Drive and scale the Ecommerce business, support marketplace operations and further develop the Amazon channel.Work closely with the dealer network and customer services team to ensure efficiency and service excellence.Support the operations team with planning, inventory and order management.Closely working with the marketing team to promote sales and promotions, paying close attention to regional differences.  Communicate clearly with local markets to manage a collaborative approach to the overall promotions calendar.The Person:A strong communicator with a positive attitude and someone that can liaise with a range of stakeholders.  Positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key and will ensure you can 'hit the ground running' with this temporary role.Commercial awareness and an appetite to drive the brand forward will ensure you can succeed.This role can be remote within the UK and/or hybrid with travel to the North East of England, occasionally.It will be a maternity cover role, for a period of between 12-18 months.
