I am working exclusively with a Newton Aycliffe-based client to recruit a dedicated and motivated Sales Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills to play an integral part in supporting the sales process and providing exceptional service to clients.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the sales team and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. This role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team by identifying opportunities and ensuring timely follow-ups with prospects.
  • Accurately process quotations using a bespoke database system, ensuring all client needs are captured.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Engage with clients to discuss new products and services, keeping them informed about the latest offerings.
  • Reach out to previous clients to reignite relationships and explore potential new business opportunities.
  • Attend customer visits to strengthen relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

  • An excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential.
