MTrec Commercial is proudly representing our incredibly prestigious client with their plans for growth and expansion, for their state-of-the-art Customer Service operation. They are looking to recruit a permanent Customer Service Administrator as soon as possible.

The job you will be doing:

  • Processing of invoices
  • Preparing Quotations for Builders using drawings supplied.
  • Input of Quotations onto Opera.
  • Answering emails regarding installations.
  • Provide cover within the Planning Department, which involves booking installation work into our Engineers (Technical Support Representative) diaries using excel worksheets Full training will be provided.
  • Liaising with Accounts team
  • Editing SDI orders to then pass on to the relevant Planner.
  • Dealing with stock and stock transfers at the warehouses completing stock transfers, if necessary, when installations fail; updating stock on the Opera system following regular stock takes which are completed by Engineers
  • Use of Opera Software System to edit orders and ensure products are delivered to the correct warehouse, checking Engineer work number and installation dates are correct.
  • Accurate and timely completion of all relevant paperwork - ensuring Engineers return all signed paperwork immediately following completion of jobs.
  • The role is working 8.45am 4.45pm Monday to Friday
