We are looking to recruit on behalf on our client, an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, dealing with incoming queries over phone and email, liasing between customers and transport services advising on delivery times and any issues, resolving any issues and associated general admin tasks as required.
