Working Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Job Description:
As a Reliability Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting process and product development, ensuring our technologies meet the highest standards of reliability. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including reliability and failure analysis groups, design/technology engineering, process engineering, product engineering, and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and developing reliability methods and systems.
  • Executing qualification plans to validate processes and products.
  • Investigating and implementing product and process improvements.
  • Conducting periodic reliability assessments and documenting results for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Designing life test boards and estimating product failure rates and expected lifetimes.
  • Analyzing data and identifying failure mechanisms to improve product quality.

Skills & Experience:
We are seeking a Reliability Engineer with the following qualifications and skills:

  • 2-3 years of technical experience in a production environment.
  • Strong understanding of reliability analysis methodologies (e.g., Weibull, Log-normal, Arrhenius).
  • Proficiency in experimental methodology, numerical analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • A degree in Applied Science, Electronic Engineering, or a similar discipline.
