We are currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisation Co-ordinator to join our team here at Optimum Recruit.
The successful applicantwill work alongside our team of Recruitment Consultants to identify suitable candidates for vacancies, handle the initial recruitment process, assist with organising interviews, and also be responsible for some account management.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience of sourcing and selection of candidates through various channels such as cv database websites and search engines, social media channels, internal databases etc. The successful candidate should also have good communication and customer service skills, and have a good eye for detail.
Permanent role with excellent uncapped bonus structure which applicants will qualify for from day one.
