The role requires performing various assembly tasks while ensuring quality and efficiency, using air-powered tools.

The job involves working in a fast-paced environment with long periods of standing and manual handling.
The pay rate for this position is £11.44 per hour, with a dayshift schedule from 8am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 2:30pm on Friday.

PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic onsite team.

Reporting directly to your Team Leader, as an Assembly Operative you will be a vital member of the production team, based on site in Newton Aycliffe.

Duties:

Perform a wide range of assembly tasks, whilst maintaining the highest levels of quality and efficiency.

Follow standard operation guides whilst using air powered tools to assist in the assembly of outdoor power products.

Work in a production line formation, the role will involve long periods of standing, with elements of manual handling.

Work within a fast paced, demanding, team orientated environment, aiming to achieve and exceed targets.

Required skills, knowledge or experience:

Flexible, have a positive attitude and be able to quickly adapt to change.

Additional Information:

Shift pattern:

Dayshift 8am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday

8am-2:30pm Friday

Pay Rate: £11.44
