About You

  • A professional qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the industry, with a strong focus on managerial roles.
  • Proven experience in auditing, compliance, and regulatory oversight within the coffee or hospitality industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in administrative and organisational tasks, including maintaining up-to-date paperwork, SOPs, and business systems.
  • Consistently able to complete tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the coffee industry, including working as a barista and delivering training to staff.
  • Skilled in adapting, drafting, and implementing new systems and processes to enhance business operations.
  • Proven ability to delegate tasks effectively and empower teams to perform at their best.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, produce detailed reports, and implement improvements based on findings.
  • Proficient in using relevant digital tools and platforms to manage compliance, reporting, and team communications.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused attitude, with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement strategies to overcome them.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the willingness to travel between locations as needed.
