As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying potential clients, scheduling high-quality demonstrations, and building strong relationships. Often serving as the first point of contact, your role is crucial in shaping the initial impression and experience of prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Engage with prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to build interest and rapport.
  • Understand prospects’ needs before passing them to the sales team.
  • Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring a seamless handover process.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in a CRM system
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation strategies and provide insights into market trends.
