A growing manufacturer known for its commitment to employee development are looking for an IT Applications Specialist as they enter an extremely exciting technical period. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of business applications and IT systems, providing technical support and maintaining optimal performance and security.

In this role, you will manage IT resolutions, provide application support, and addressing daily technical issues. You will install, configure, and maintain business applications, monitor system performance, perform backups, and assist with disaster recovery procedures. Additionally, you will support on-premises server and network hardware operations, assist with IT procurement and vendor management, implement security protocols, conduct training sessions, and participate in IT projects.

The successful candidate will have experience of some of the following. The below list isn’t exhaustive, it’s more to provide an idea. If you’re meeting a handful of the required points, we’d still encourage you to apply:
