The Job You’ll Do;

  • Conduct in-depth analyses of current manufacturing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
  • Implement and sustain lean manufacturing methodologies, such as Six Sigma, across the facility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and introduce best practices in production.
  • Optimise material flow, equipment utilisation, and production layouts.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring efficient and scalable production processes.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement projects.
  • Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

About You;

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of metal manufacturing processes, fabrication and tool design would be desirable.
  • Familiarity with APQP/PPAP processes and manufacturing equipment.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD/CAM software (Autodesk Inventor or similar) and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
