- Be a well-organised and efficient administrator with a friendly and professional approach, capable of handling a variety of situations while managing the day-to-day operations of a busy school office.
- Be flexible and eager to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the smooth running of the school.
- Performing a range of administrative duties to support the school community.
- Keeping staff and parents up to date with information and assisting with queries from parents and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the School Business Manager, Headteacher, and senior leadership team.
- Taking responsibility for Attendance and Admissions administration across the school.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within an educational setting.
- Familiarity with Durham LA policies and procedures (desirable).
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide clear advice in spoken English.
