Our client is an established and successful business based in Newton Aycliffe. They are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on a full time, temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below.
The Job you will be doing
- Answering all inbound phone calls
- Taking messages
- Passing through messages to the correct people if needed
- Contacting customers with lead times and prices
- Answering queries on deliveries and stock availability
- Organising transport and parcel deliveries
- Ordering stock and chasing missing items
- Inputting stocks onto system
- Processing both computer and paper copies of paperwork into the files
- Liaising with company directors
- Inputting invoices on Xero for company accountants
About You
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Happy working in a small team
- Organised and hard working
