We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator / Sales Administrator to join a growing brand and manufacturer, catering to UK and export markets, known for their creativity and quality of service.

They have a great culture with a real collaborative team, who have years of experience within the business. Now looking for someone to join the journey as they continue to push the boundaries.

What You'll Do:
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, processing orders, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all sales-related documents are accurate and up-to-date.

Hours are Mon - Thur 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm

Administrator Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and other departments to resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with sales-related documentation and contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.
  • Handle communication with customers via phone, email, or in person as required.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in administration or similar role is required.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
