Sales Administrator - LeighÂ
We are recruiting a Sales Administrator. This is a varied role, we are looking for candidates who have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multi task. This is a new opportunity supporting one of our key clients in Leigh.
About the Role
To expansion in the sales team we are hiring a Sales Administrator. Working full time Monday to Thursday 9am -5 pm, 4pm Finish Friday. You'll play a key part in supporting the companies busy sales team across the UK and Export Markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the sales team
- Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
- Managing stock levels to meet the needs of the order bookÂ
- Processing orders
- Scheduling samples and managing samples for the Sales ExecutivesÂ
- Working closely with the sales team on a daily basisÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Previous sales admin experienceÂ
- Excellent communicator with a pro-active approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate, word, excel & outlook
- Able to plan and work to deadlinesÂ
- A friendly and approachable personality with strong customer service skills
- Team playerÂ
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
