Sales Administrator - Leigh 

We are recruiting a Sales Administrator. This is a varied role, we are looking for candidates who have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail and ability to multi task. This is a new opportunity supporting one of our key clients in Leigh.

About the Role

To expansion in the sales team we are hiring a Sales Administrator. Working full time Monday to Thursday 9am -5 pm, 4pm Finish Friday. You'll play a key part in supporting the companies busy sales team across the UK and Export Markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
  • Managing stock levels to meet the needs of the order book 
  • Processing orders
  • Scheduling samples and managing samples for the Sales Executives 
  • Working closely with the sales team on a daily basis 

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous sales admin experience 
  • Excellent communicator with a pro-active approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate, word, excel & outlook
  • Able to plan and work to deadlines 
  • A friendly and approachable personality with strong customer service skills
  • Team player 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
