Seeking a talented Credit Control Manager to oversee credit control responsibilities within a thriving Logistics sector company. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on credit management.

Description

  • Supervise the entire credit control process
  • Implementing and refining processes to ensure accurate ledgers are maintained and implementing routine audit processes to test that processes are fit for purpose and properly adhered to.
  • Credit insurance- management of the groups credit insurance policies ensuring compliance.
  • Regularly review client credit ratings and flag potential issues
  • Prepare monthly reports on credit control performance
  • Work with the finance team to forecast future credit issues
  • Coaching, training and management of credit control team, implementing and monitoring KPI's.
  • Ensuring the team is motivated and working effectively to deliver high levels of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Profile

A successful Credit Control Manager should have:

  • CICM Qualification or actively studying towards.
  • Previous experience in managing a fast moving, high volume, high value ledger on multiple trade terms.
  • A proactive results-drive attitude
  • Strong knowledge of credit insurance policies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in credit control software and MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
