Join our team at a St. James’s Place Partner Practice, where we are dedicated to providing bespoke financial advice and wealth management services. We are looking for a motivated Financial Administrator to support our Financial Advisors and ensure the efficient operation of our practice.
The working hours for this role are 9:30am – 4:30pm

Day to Day of the role:
- Manage and update client records, ensuring accuracy and currency of all information
- Handle client queries and deliver exceptional customer service
- Support advisors with financial software and tools for client reports, investment reviews, and financial plans
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Process documentation for new business applications, transfers, and other financial transactions
- Maintain client databases with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality
- Generate reports on client portfolios, investment performance, and other key metrics
- Coordinate between Financial Advisors, clients, and third-party providers to ensure smooth operations
- Stay informed on financial products, software updates, and regulatory changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial administration role within a financial advisory or wealth management
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle complex tasks and resolve issues efficiently
- Technical knowledge of financial products and services
