Join our team at a St. James’s Place Partner Practice, where we are dedicated to providing bespoke financial advice and wealth management services. We are looking for a motivated Financial Administrator to support our Financial Advisors and ensure the efficient operation of our practice.

The working hours for this role are 9:30am – 4:30pm

Day to Day of the role:

  • Manage and update client records, ensuring accuracy and currency of all information
  • Handle client queries and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support advisors with financial software and tools for client reports, investment reviews, and financial plans
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Process documentation for new business applications, transfers, and other financial transactions
  • Maintain client databases with a focus on data integrity and confidentiality
  • Generate reports on client portfolios, investment performance, and other key metrics
  • Coordinate between Financial Advisors, clients, and third-party providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Stay informed on financial products, software updates, and regulatory changes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial administration role within a financial advisory or wealth management
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle complex tasks and resolve issues efficiently
  • Technical knowledge of financial products and services
