Our client operates European Trailer Services, Bulk Chemical Tanker Service, Freight Forwarding Worldwide, Warehousing, Ocean Freight Service and World Air Freight Service.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Export Freight Administrator to join our clients ever growing team. Working in a fast- paced environment you will be responsible for the following: -

As an Export Freight Administrator your duties will be:
  • Prepare and manage export documentation. Including Dangerous Goods Notifications for onforwarding shipping lines in a timely manner
  • Ensure all necessary export documents are submitted for customs clearance and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to shipping, such as delays, damages, or missing items, ensuring minimal disruption to customer deliveries.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all export shipments, transactions, and related communications for auditing and compliance purposes.
  • Work closely with the warehouse department in preparation of final loading
  • Any other ADHOC duties

The successful Export Freight Administrator will have the following skills.
  • Minimum 12 months experience within a similar role
  • Experience in the completion of Dangerous Goods Documentation and past experience of dealing withHazardous Consignments
  • IT literate
  • A proactive attitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
