My client is seeking an experienced and commercially astute HR Business Partner (or a confident Senior HR Advisor ready to step up) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive HR professional to support people strategy and drive business success across a growing, national organisation.
About the Role:In this key position, the successful candidate will partner with managers across multiple sites, offering strategic and operational HR support. The role is hands-on, covering everything from employee relations to change management, and will involve regular national travel to engage directly with teams across the UK.
National Travel Required -Â Full UK driving licence is essential
Key Responsibilities:-
Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and people management issues

Manage a variety of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance

Lead and contribute to key HR projects such as organisational development and change initiatives

Collaborate with recruitment teams on talent acquisition and succession planning

Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives

Ensure HR practices align with current employment legislation and best practice

Support learning and development efforts to enhance workforce capability

Utilise HR data and analytics to drive insight and inform decision-making

Travel to sites nationally to build relationships and deliver face-to-face HR support

Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor in a fast-paced environment

CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience

Strong working knowledge of UK employment law

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Able to work autonomously and juggle multiple priorities effectively

Hands-on, solutions-focused, and proactive

Willing to travel across the UK as required

Full UK driving licence is essential
