Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd are recruiting on behalf of one of our most established clients, a law firm based in Newton-Le-Willows for a conveyancing assistant with a view to being placed on a Solicitor Training Contract once established within the team.

This is an incredible opportunity for a legal professional who wishes to take leaps in advancing their career and becoming a part of a well established company with an exceptional support network.

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, your duties would be to:

• Assisting the legal team with all aspects of filing, exchanges, title checks and completions

• Dealing with miscellaneous standard conveyancing matters (with supervision )

• Dealing with post completion matters such as SDLT returns and Land Registration where necessary

• Assisting with lease/ transfer variation and redemption of charges.

• Assisting with the recovery of charges instructing receivers (litigation)

• Stamp duty land tax

• Liaising with clients, solicitors and lenders to progress transactions and update on the progress

• Liaising with clients solicitors, and other parties in property transactions.

• Managing client files efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

• Assisting with the administrative tasks in the office.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal regulations.

• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the team.

• Keeping up-to-date with developments in conveyancing law

The ideal candidate will have a law degree and some form of conveyancing experience.
