The Role

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 450 employees, administering company benefits, and supporting onboarding and off-boarding processes. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll while receiving structured career development. Duties include:

  • Collating and verifying payroll data from multiple sites
  • ???????Conducting manual payroll calculations
  • Reconciling payroll using Excel and Sage
  • Managing pension submissions and employee benefit schemes
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees
