This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who has previous payroll experience and is looking to join a business and manage the whole payroll process from end to end.

Description
The main responsibilities of the Payroll Assistant are:
- Processing payroll for over 400 staff, covering both 4 weekly and monthly payrolls.
- P11D calculations
- Reconciliation of payroll
- Pension submissions
- Posting of payroll into management accounts
- Collating data for payroll
- Internal auditing on payroll data including staff hours, overtime and expenses.
- Administration of employee benefit packages
- Support with HR Administration
Profile
The successful Payroll Assistant will posses:
- Previous experience within a Payroll position is essential.
- Experience using Sage 50 would be beneficial
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
- Strong analytic skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft.
- Proactive approach to work.
