The Opportunity:
Looking for a motivated Engineering/Technical Recruiter to focus on placing mid to senior professionals within our engineering & technical sectors. Other markets will also be considered. Your responsibilities will include:
路 Championing comprehensive service offerings, from behavioural profiling to performance solutions.
路 Building and developing relationships with decision-makers in engineering, industrial and technical industries.
路 Using cutting-edge technology and automation tools to enhance efficiency.
路 Managing and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
路 Negotiating and closing deals.
路 Overseeing a portfolio of strategic accounts.
路 Driving revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
路 Acting as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
What We're Looking For:
路 Proven experience in 360 or 270 recruitment, executive search, recruitment delivery, or a sales-related field; open to candidates changing markets.
路 A consultative, solution-driven approach to client management.
路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
路 Ambitious, results-driven, and committed to excellence.
路 Strong understanding of business structures and operations.
路 Self-motivated with solid all-around recruitment skills.
路 Ability to engage confidently with senior-level clients and candidates.

路 Competitive salary of 拢30,000 - 拢40,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (OTE 拢50,000 - 拢100,000).
