- Manage the Core Finance Team’s daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Oversee the preparation of management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Handle tax responsibilities, including Corporation Tax compliance.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the business maintains a healthy financial position.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with sub-teams and other key stakeholders within the business.
- Proven experience in managing finance operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of management accounts, tax compliance, cash flow, and payroll.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other teams.
- A formal accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
