We are recruiting for an Administrator to join a specialist team in Newtown. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of the business, with a focus on data entry and maintaining accurate records. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting data onto company systems and databases with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining and updating records, ensuring all information is current and complete
  • Assisting with document management, filing, and archiving as needed
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth information flow
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and emailing
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and documentation as required
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with company policies and health & safety guidelines

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly in data entry
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills and time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Awareness of health and safety procedures within an office environment
