We are recruiting for an experienced HR Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established company within the manufacturing sector with multiple sites across the Newtown, Powys area. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with a strong background in manufacturing, ready to take ownership of HR functions across several locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with HR policies and industry standards.
  • Act as a strategic partner to site leadership teams, providing expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives to maintain a skilled workforce.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support staff development and enhance productivity.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices in employee relations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification is preferred.
