  • Assist the Corporate Company Secretarial team, Directors, and Client Managers with legal matters for their clients.
  • Draft legal documents.
  • Maintain statutory records.
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure compliance.
  • Support the preparation and filing of annual confirmation statements.
  • Assist with the firm’s annual ERS returns filing.
  • Liaise with external law firms as needed.
  • Handle all aspects of Corporate Company Secretary engagement letters.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified or trainee paralegal solicitor.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • High level of technical skills and commercial awareness.
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage own workload.
