We are seeking a dependable and skilled Production Technician to join a small, close-knit team at their manufacturing site in Newtown. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless production and maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting and optimizing moulding tools to ensure efficient production runs
  • Supporting the Senior Mould Setter and Production Technician with setups and adjustments
  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs to uphold production standards
  • Managing 2-4 mould changes weekly and troubleshooting any issues that arise
  • Using a Forklift Truck

Key Requirememts:

  • Dependability is crucial in our client's small team environment.
  • Previous experience in mould setting, production maintenance, or related areas is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to collaborate and contribute to the team’s success.
  • Valid Forklift truck licence (our client will put you through the course to obtain it if you have not got this)

Hours of work:3.00pm-11.00pmMonday to Friday

This role is temporary to permanent after a 13-week period.
