My client is a dynamic and innovative company, who specialise in building long term trade only partnerships with organisations throughout the UK and Ireland. Based in Newtownabbey, they are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

With a salary of £28,000 - £36,000

Job Role:

You will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and providing excellent customer service. 

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience of working as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as CRM Software.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely entry into the system.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Support marketing activities and campaigns as required.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office management.
