Duties to include:
- Responsible for the development of new client opportunities business across Europe & UK
- Building relationships with prospective clients to gain good understanding of their business, what they do, their work culture and environment as well as their recruitment needs and requirements.
- Utilising sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies
- Proactively identifying potential companies through targeted market mapping, database searching, lead generation etc
- Compiling sector profiles, case studies, power point presentations regarding Copius capabilities for prospective companies
- Researching organisations online to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing/manpower
- Identifying lists and providing information to become an approved vendor with various companies
- Developing effective sales strategies and plans
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to develop new customer relationships
- Developing quotes and proposals/ bids & presentations
- Assisting with recruitment assignments where necessary.
- Building your knowledge regarding the industry sector in which you operate.
- Collating key market information regarding pay rates and availability of suitably qualified personnel.
- Identifying & building relationships with strategic partners
- Updating company CMS system
- Meeting set targets & KPIs aligned to company business plan
Skills/Experience:
- Excellent communication (written & oral) skills
- Successful track record in a business development/sales generation environment
- 2+yrs experience in business development/sales environment
- 3rd Level Education (Desirable)
- IT Literate
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Confident in approaching prospective customers via telephone
