Excavator Operator – Newtownabbey – £18 p/h

Montgomery Transport are recruiting for an Excavator Operator to join their friendly team in Newtownabbey.
Responsibilities:
- Operate an excavator for excavation and site preparation.
- Maintain equipment for safe and effective operation.
- Conduct daily equipment checks and maintenance
- Basic demolition
- Drainage duties
- Be adaptable to diverse requirements
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating excavators.
- CPCS or NPORS qualification.
- Full UK (manual) driving licence.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- Basic understanding of machine maintenance
- Proven track record of adhering to safety standards
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Previous experience in site safety.
- Highly motivated and self-reliant.
Hours & Pay
- Day Shift
- 8am to 5pm
- £18 per hour
