Brookstreet UK Ltd are seeking a detail-oriented and IT-literate individual to support our housing client with scheduling and administrative tasks based in Newtownabbey
The Working Hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 and 34 days holiday per annum
Hourly rate: 12.59 p/h paid on a weekly basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling customer appointments.
- Coordinate urgent, routine, and adaptation works for tenants.
- Maintain accurate records and manage scheduling systems effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
- Must be IT literate with proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite and have 5 GCSE's at Grades A to C
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
