My client is a professional, prosperous and service orientated Insurance Broker. They specialise in providing Commercial & Fleet Insurance to an already established business network and the wider market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and Insurer partners
  • Providing a detailed knowledge of insurance products as required by clients
  • Ability to deliver good customer service by responding to queries and concerns from clients
  • Preparing quotations for commercial & fleet insurance business
  • Produce insurance renewal schedules and related information
  • Processing of proposals through to completion
  • Administrative support to the Business Development Managers
  • Ensuring work is carried out within insurance industry standards & compliance

Candidate requirements:

  • Knowledge and understanding of the UK general insurance market, especially Commercial Combined and Fleet
  • Experience in insurance product management/development/administration would be ideal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop collaborative partnerships with internal & external stakeholders is essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products is preferable (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, being proactive and highly adaptable.
  • A track record in providing accurate quotations and meeting sales targets.
