Government Contracts Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Government Contracts Administrator, to join a large-independent, family-owned business based in Mallusk.
This is a Full-Time Temporary position – with an immediate start (has the ability to be made Permanent thereafter).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm.
With an hourly rate of £11.44 per hour.
Essential Criteria:
- Good level of IT literacy.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload, adhering to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience of working in an office environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inputting details into the system.
- Allocating vehicles for sale.
- Daily/Weekly Reporting for clients.
- Liaising with Government Vendors and Buyers.
- Registering new customers and buyers.
- Dealing with the public to answer general enquiries.
- General administration for Government Contracts.
- Carrying out weekly audits on sales and stock.
