Government Contracts Administrator

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Government Contracts Administrator, to join a large-independent, family-owned business  based in  Mallusk.

This is a Full-Time Temporary position – with an immediate start (has the ability to be made Permanent thereafter).

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm.

With an hourly rate of £11.44 per hour.

Essential Criteria:

  • Good level of IT literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload, adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Inputting details into the system.
  • Allocating vehicles for sale.
  • Daily/Weekly Reporting for clients.
  • Liaising with Government Vendors and Buyers.
  • Registering new customers and buyers.
  • Dealing with the public to answer general enquiries.
  • General administration for Government Contracts.
  • Carrying out weekly audits on sales and stock.
