This growing Facilities Management company is rapidly expanding their workforce in line with increasing demand from their large clients. They work on a variety of projects from social housing to commercial fit outs thanks to their widely skilled team with their main focus being social housing maintenance. They have plans in place to continue the high levels of growth they have been experiencing over the past couple of years making now a prime time to get into the company.

In this role, you will be working with a team of quantity surveyors working on maintaining social housing for key clients of the company. You will be responsible for the contractual management and commercial delivery of the social housing maintenance contracts including a range of aspects throughout the process from remeasuring to ensuring targets are achieved. You will go through a rigorous onboarding and training process to ensure you have all the essential skills to optimally contribute to the company's continued growth whilst developing your own skills.

With that the candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with experience managing sub-contractors essential.

  • Operational and Commercial management of projects
  • Assisting with developing client relations
  • Manage works from start to finish
  • Ensuring deadlines are met as well as budgets
  • Conduct audits throughout projects

The Person:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong knowledge of Sub-contractor management
  • Measured term public contract experience
  • Commutable distance from Newtownabbey
