Do you have previous experience of Quantity Surveying within the M&E sector?

Would you like to join an award winning and expansive company that is a market leader in the Renewable Heating sector in a role that allows for long term progression?

This business specialises in providing turnkey solutions across the complete service lifecycle, ranging from installation and maintenance, to management of commercial and industrial-scale sites across the UK and Europe. Due to continued success they are now looking to expand their well-established contracts team.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that all cost related milestones are delivered successfully; this will include cost control, monthly valuations and the management of variations and change orders. You will liaise with varied stakeholders within the business including contracts, estimating and pre-construction teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on projects that oversee M&E works. You must have a third level qualification in a surveying, cost engineering or related subject. It would also be advantageous if you have had exposure to different forms of contracts like JCT, NEC and FIDEC.
