MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8.00AM - 5.00PM
£13.00 PER HOUR BASIC
£19.50 PER HOUR OVERTIME AFTER 40 HOURS

Day to Day Duties
Working as a Transport Administrator for our client your duties will be to:
- Brief and debrief drivers accurately and on time
- Prepare and reconcile delivery paperwork
- Administer defect processes
- Perform data entry tasks
- Administer and report tachomaster
- Update shipping MI
- Check lane integrity
- Investigate manifest errors
- Complete Daily/Weekly/Monthly customer reports
- Check customer centric processes are being followed (LP Paperwork)
- Reconcile warehouse system following investigations
Essential Skills
As an Administrator it is essential that you have:
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Accuracy and strong compliance awareness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft package
- Good communication skills
- Good writing skills
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience working in an administration role or related position
- Experience working within the transport industry

- Training provided and additional support throughout
