Concrete Supervisor

Are you an experienced Concrete Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career?
We seek experienced individuals to join our client's team to oversee large-scale concrete pours.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and managing day-to-day operations efficiently and effectively.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in pouring large volumes of concrete, as well as significant managerial and organisational skills. You must also be willing to commit to extensive travel, as this is a key part of the job.
If you are a team leader who takes pride in their work, has a passion for quality and enjoys the challenges of overseeing large projects, then we have the team for you.

The candidate will ideally be based in Dundee/Glasgow and will be willing to travel. 


Key Duties

  • Responsible for managing a team of skilled labourers and subcontractors.
  • Managing all aspects of concrete works in accordance with drawings and specifications.
  • Organising all plant and equipment for the works.
  • Working to programmes and deadlines.
  • Ensuring health and safety are in place and adhered to.
  • Carrying out quality checks.

Personal Requirements

  • Extensive experience in concrete works.
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to understand construction drawings.
  • SSSTS/SMSTS advantageous
  • CSCS certified
  • Clean driving licence
