Position: Fleet Technical Services Administrator

Inizio Engage have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet Technical Services Administrator to work for a business that are continuing to grow at a rapid rate.
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a FleetServices Administrator to join our Client's Technical Services department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organizational skills, and is eager to contribute as a pivotal team member.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the 1Link platform for authorizations, reporting, and vehicle repair recharging.
- Capture all out-of-hours (OOH) callout charges accurately.
- Obtain and provide parts quotes for Reflex vehicles and compile relevant repair invoices.
- Input parts invoices into the company IT system accurately and efficiently.
- Create invoices for repairs conducted by Reflex's in-house mechanics.
- Monitor vehicle downtime using 1Link and other company systems.
- Submit loss of use claims to vehicle manufacturers.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office suite.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Fleet maintenance experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the 1Link platform is preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A commitment to maintaining personal competence and professional growth.
