What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Managing cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Providing strategic insights to support key business decisions
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and controls
- Overseeing and mentoring the finance team
- Liaising with external auditors, tax advisors, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Proven experience in a financial leadership role (ideally within an SME)
- Strong accounting skills and commercial acumen
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial software & reporting tools
