An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Machine Operator to join a well-established engineering business on a temporary to permanent basis. Working rotating shifts 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday with an hourly rate of 14.71 per hour along with a generous attendance bonus, regular overtime paid at time & a half, training and development and free parking.
They are family run business in the Normanton area and are one of the UK's leading fabrication companies, who have an international reputation for sheet metal and fabrication, combining experience with innovation to design and deliver the most up to date, reliable and sustainable products.
Machine Operator Role:
- Operation of CNC Laser/ Punch Laser/ Folding machines
- Working with Mild and stainless steel
- Working from detailed engineering drawings
Machine Operator Experience:
- Operated various CNC machines, Laser, Punch Laser
- Operated Amada machinery would be advantageous
- Worked within an engineering environment
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Machine Operator Benefits:
- Paying 14.71ph dependant on experience
