The work itself does include manual labour; loading and unloading of baked goods on baskets with wheels. Our client has single, double and floating floor double deckers.
Our client is looking for drivers for two different types of shift patterns.
The first is AM shifts, 12 hours every day, 0200-1400. The AM shifts are on a 3-week rotating basis as per below:

Week 01 Sun, Wed, Thur, Fri
Week 02 Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur
Week 03 - Sun, Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat
The PM shifts are any time between 1600-2200 and they are for the below days:
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, with possible shifts throughout the week also.
These shifts are block booked with 2 weeks in advance so our drivers are always aware of their upcoming schedule. The shifts are ongoing and will not be cancelled. An assessment is required before admission to site. The assessments start at 08:00 and usually conclude by 16:00. 8 hours pay upon passing. Our client does offer an overtime rate which kicks in after 39 hours worked.
Please ensure you match the following credentials:
- Must have held and been using Class 1 licence for 1 year minimum.
- No DD, CD, IN, or MS codes will be accepted.
- No more than 6 points will be accepted.
- Must have current CPC and Digi cards.
- Must come to work every day with safety boots, appropriate clothing (no denim or football shirts) and a yellow hi vis. Orange hi vis vests will not be accepted.
