Talstaff Recruitment are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers on behalf of well established client based in Normanton. Regular weekend work Saturday and Sunday.
HGV / Class 1 / C+E Drivers urgently required for ongoing work for our client based Normanton. 07:00am starts Saturdays and Sundays.
You will be required to:
- Make on time deliveries to various nationwide locations, store, depots and RDC's.
- Saturday and Sunday 07:00am start shifts.
- Long shifts or short shifts available
- Trunking work and Store Deliveries
- Curtain siders and palletised stock, limited use of box trailers & tail lifts
- Have knowledge of driver hours/regulations.
- Hold a valid C+E UK driving licence.
- Hold a valid UK DCPC and valid UK digicard.
- Work in a professional manner.
- Be prepared to undertake site inductions and training.
- Have excellent geographical knowledge.
- Be able to follow company procedures and keep various people informed of progress or delays.
In return:
- £20.89ph Saturday (Including holiday pay)
- £25.04ph for Sundays & Bank Holidays (Including holiday pay)
- Weekly pay.
- Full uniform provided after qualifying period.
- Regular ongoing work.
You must have held a valid UK HGV Class 1 licence for over 6 months, have no more than 6 penalty points and have no CD, DD, TT, IN or DR codes.
