Elevation Recruitment are recruiting for an environmental services business based in Normanton, who are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role will be integral in delivering exceptional customer support and resolving customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the customer’s needs are met on time to the required standards, while striving to exceed their expectations
  • To work as part of the Sales team, providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional and timely fashion, both on the phone and by email
  • Process customer orders and provide accurate quotes
  • Having the ability to spot opportunities for up selling and cross selling to other areas of the business

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Experienced on Microsoft Office Word / Excel / Outlook
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or engineering environments (desirable but not essential)
