Day-to-day of the role:- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of each child.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning experience.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching in a Reception or Early Years setting.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
