Senior Print Account Manager

Senior Print Account ManagerWakefield. Office-based, 4 days in office, 1 day from home.£40,000 - £45,000Free on-site parking

Your new roleThe Print department is responsible for the account management, purchase and supply of customer print and corporate gifts. The role is a technical role and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate a long track record of technical print production and skills in both commercial and customer service.

• Play a key role in the administration of orders and campaigns
• Liaise with all departments internally including sales, CSD, finance
• Source products from our current print supply base
• Development and growing key accounts as well as managing a small team
• Offer solutions across the whole print management category to improve profitability
• Resolve product-specific queries both from direct customers and internal sources.

What you'll need to succeed

• Background in print production is required and not a desirable skill.
• Track record in account growth
• Management skills, to train and develop a small team.
• Sales experience within a print environment is essential.
