Hire Desk ControllerBased on-site at Normanton - Free on-site Parking £26,000 - £30,000Your new roleThis is an exciting role for an experienced hire desk controller or for someone with extensive customer service/Administration skills.

Duties will include:

  • Responsible for smooth running of Key Accounts and/or General Orders.
  • Ensure all on/off hire orders are taken in detail and processed correctly.
  • Create, input and ensure accuracy of orders into the company system
  • Produce and maintain a manual complete contract file, containing all relevant paperwork including signed delivery and collection notes.
  • Advise the Transport Department of any necessary movements to ensure delivery times are met.
  • Ensure relevant spreadsheets are updated
  • Create, post invoices to Sage daily, from various run code reports as specified and update Line Manager.
  • Check all off-hires daily and update Line Manager of any delays.

  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong administration skills
